Sia is Executive Director of Applied AI at JPMorgan's Corporate and Investment Bank, where she leads the development and deployment of large-scale Machine Learning and Generative AI products. She is passionate about creating robust, high-ROI solutions and iterating quickly in regulated environments. Sia holds a PhD in Natural Language Processing from the University of Cambridge and has led teams in both the biotech and finance sectors, building impactful AI solutions.
