Steve is the Head of Enterprise Architect at Ulta Beauty. He is responsible for setting the overall strategy and direction of the enterprise technology blueprint and application landscape, as well as driving innovation through establishing a collaborative engineering and architecture community.             

Throughout his 20+ years of experience in the Retail, Pharmacy, and Healthcare space, Steve places his focus on reimagining the consumer experience and accelerating transformation through technology. He chairs numerous Community of Practices and Technology Committees with a focus on creating technical vision, data-driven roadmaps, as well as engineering excellence.             

Steve received his B.S in Physics and M.S in Computer Science.
