Yan Ding is Chief Data Analytics Officer at Acadia Healthcare, responsible for Acadia enterprise data and digital assets strategy, engineering and integrations. Yan collaborates tightly with business stakeholders to drive insight driven decision making and innovation at Acadia. She builds a high performing data organization to modernize data platform and engineer data products with AI/ML capabilities. Prior to joining Acadia Healthcare, Yan was the Vice President/Functional CIO at Medtronic. She set technical strategy and led engineering organization to support corporate clinical and regulatory functions. Yan also worked at Optum (UnitedHealth Group) as Vice President of Technology, where she led various organizations from data analytics, software engineering to platform and infrastructure engineering.
