Adrian heads the Data and Analytics organization at ICA, Sweden’s largest grocery retailer with over 1300 independent merchants. Throughout his career, Adrian spent most of his time on the business side working in the fields of Revenue Management and Crew Planning at Scandinavian Airlines – business areas heavily reliant on data availability, data quality and advanced analytics. In 2021, he joined ICA and the enabling side of providing insights and driving the ability to leverage data in decision making throughout the business to make every day a little easier for ICA and our customers.
