Aldwin Tito is Chief Data Officer for Asset Management at Shell. He holds an Economics degree in Business Information Management as well as in computer technology and electronics. Aldwin has been working in Information & data management and information technology for the last 30 years and has a strong drive to look at data through a process outcome lens. One of his key focus area is the cultural change required in organizations to drive sustained value from data and digital. With this mindset he has contributed significantly to the data maturity journey is Shell and also to companies he has worked for in the past.
