Carly Davies is the Head of Data Culture at Co-op, a diverse group of businesses, where she is dedicated to empowering colleagues with the skills, knowledge, and ability to leverage data in their roles. Carly has worked on improving data literacy across the organisation, making access to data easy, and raising awareness about the importance of data in driving business success. Prior to her current role, Carly spent over 12 years in various finance-related positions. As a Senior Finance Business Partner she worked closely with the Customer Director to drive profitable plans for the business, create business cases for growth projects and led a team to support strategic decision-making. With a strong background in Finance and Data, Carly combines her experience as an end user of data with her data expertise to provide colleagues with the tools they need to confidently use data in their roles. In addition to her technical expertise, Carly is also a qualified leadership coach, passionate about developing the next generation of talent.
