Head of Global People Data and System Change Specsavers

James has worked in a number of large Global organisations including the Kingfisher Group and Specsavers, supporting transformational programmes across People Data, Technology and HR. In his current role at Specsavers, he has driven the investment of a global HCM platform, leading the Data ETL strategy across all regions and is now leading the strategy of democratising and leveraging Data to drive strategic outcomes.
