Formerly a lawyer and Data Protection Officer, she brings a unique blend of skills and perspectives from various domains including Legal, Risk & Compliance, Data, Digital, Product, and Commercial. Naureen has a proven track record in driving responsible data use across enterprise organisations to deliver sustainable value. In her current role, she is on a mission to transform the Data Estate at Virgin Media O2 into a strategic asset, enabling the organisation’s digital transformation agenda and delivering sustainable benefits for customers.  She has extended her thought leadership and expertise into the arena of Responsible AI, promoting ethical decision-making, transparency and fairness in the development and use of AI technologies whilst enabling the benefits these technologies bring to organisations, people and societies.
