Rebecca is an experienced leader, she is currently Head of Reader Revenue Insights at the Guardian News and Media, driving the use of data to optimise and analyse the use of data in the space of Marketing, Product and Customers, and leading the creation of an analytics community to bring together the analysts across the business and align on best practices and people processes. Previous experiences at Aimia (Nectar Card) and Sainsburys around customer segmentations and embedding analytics into the business as well as the benefits of an Analytics Academy have brought Rebecca to where she is today. Outside of work, Rebecca is an advocate for health and wellbeing and mental health, often raising money for Guts UK (a charity close to her heart) and openly talking on her social media platforms about these topics. She lives in West Sussex and enjoys swimming both in a pool and open water and is usually training for a swimming challenge of some form.
