I have extensive experience as executive leader in machine learning R&D, product innovation, and driving the transformation of enterprise data services and MLOps platforms. I have developed products and solutions helping many businesses on their digital transformation: engage the right customers with the right offer at the right time, prevent fraud and abuse risk, streamline onboarding and enrollment processes, enhance personalization for better recommendations to deepen the customer relationships. I motivate and coach data science and engineering teams to excel in the rapidly evolving AI landscape. I hold several patents in fraud detection, smart insights augmentation, and digital content generation empowered by machine learning, deep learning, and GenAI/LLM methodologies.
