Since 03/2019: Head of Conversational AI, ERGO Digital Ventures o Responsible for the design of voice assistants for ERGO, starting with the development of a strategy and roadmap based on technological capabilities, all the way to the actual implementation of voice assistants for various communication channels (Chat, Phone, Smart speaker), use cases, and companies. o Development of conversational GenAI solutions such as RAG Chatbots as well as “ERGO GPT”

• 05/2017 – 03/2019: Project Manager Innovation, ERGO Digital Ventures o Responsible for the execution of innovative projects, including one aimed at leveraging the potential of voice assistants for insurance companies. Additionally, responsible for establishing and managing exchanges with international innovation managers within the group and for expertise in Blockchain Technology.

• 10/2015 – 05/2017: Assistant to the Board, ERGO International o Proactive support of the board member (Central and Eastern Europe division) as well as the implementation of various strategic initiatives, including a digitization project in our Austrian subsidiary.

• 06/2012 – 10/2015: IT Strategy Consultant, ITERGO o Participation in the IT strategy department with a focus on strategy development and IT innovation (selection of topics).
