Responsible for Wimbledon digital products including Wimbledon.com and the official Wimbledon mobile apps. We aim to continually enhance the experience of Wimbledon for those attending on-site and following at home, working closely alongside our Technology partners IBM and other suppliers. As part of this I also manage our other off-platform activations, primarily through our Roblox experience WimbleWorld and our Digital Collectables, underpinned by Web 3.0 technologies. Previously held a variety of digital, technology and strategic roles in the sports and education sector. Over 10 years experience in a variety of charity trustee and board positions. Former national level swimmer and rowing club captain.
In a digital era where differentiation is key, this session will focus on the opportunities to get creative to build new marketing and customer propositions, utilising Generative AI. It seems like every day there is a new AI tool to play with, however, the brands that will win big, will be those that create new experiences to solve customer challenges and deliver value back to their users.
