Adam Schwegman is a 20-year real estate veteran and expert in retail leasing. He joined North American Properties in 2019 as Senior Vice President of Leasing and was named Executive Vice President in 2023. In his role, Adam advises the Atlanta oﬃce’s in-house retail leasing team and manages its experience-driven merchandising strategy.
