She has developed AI/ML products to speed up underwriting, lending, mortgage document validations, entity extractions, fraud operations, fraud mitigation with image analytics, and video analytics, and improving contact center operations with better information retrieval and query answering for live agents. She is developing AI solutions with Open Source LLM models On-premises and On-Cloud. She is an advisor to AI Startups, a mentor for professional students learning AI (in US and India), and is a leading voice in the industry on transforming financial operations with AI.
