The world of GenAI is not just a new capability but a whole new paradigm. GenAI is different from a normal piece of technology because it doesn’t always do the same thing. As a result, it can be difficult to test and evaluate where it should be deployed; what governance systems need to be put in place and how it should be used responsibly. Organisations are asking themselves, “what should we be thinking about” and “how do we implement”?

The Conscious Adoption of AI Toolkit is a practical set of tools that guides organisations through a logical and holistic process of AI adoption, emphasising ethical considerations, stakeholder engagement, and systemic understanding. The different tools can be used for:
