Alvise is the Head of AI Center of Excellence with the Global Data department in Männedorf, Zürich, CH. Alvise is responsible to drive the Swarovski AI agenda, considering both the technical developments of new ML and GenAI solutions and defining and outlining the AI governance together with Legal, HR and Information Security departments. The AI Center of Excellence serves Swarovski from a holistic standpoint, collaborating with the central function like Marketing, Finance, Sales and Supply Chain and with the local markets to identify and develop AI initiatives that maximize value to the whole company. While he has an Economics and Management background, he has been working in the Advanced Analytics and AI fields since the beginning of his career in consultancy in one of the big four.
