My focus has always been on rapidly developing, launching, and scaling new products that not only solve complex customer problems but also deliver significant business value. I’ve had the unique opportunity to develop and bring generative AI solutions to customers in highly regulated financial services market, balancing cutting-edge technology with compliance. This blend of digital, commercial, and technological experience enables me to lead transformational outcomes and pioneer industry initiatives. Beyond delivering current solutions, I am also focused on shaping the future strategy of conversational assistants. By exploring how these technologies will evolve, I work on defining how they can continuously improve and provide even greater value to customers. I strongly advocate for a customer-centric approach to design and innovation, ensuring that every interaction delivers a seamless experience. NatWest’s Cora+ chatbot has undergone significant evolution, transitioning from Cora to Cora+. This journey has been marked by milestones, customer feedback-driven enhancements, and challenges in implementing new initiatives such as generative AI.
We have prioritized daily monitoring to limit potential chatbot errors and performance issues and ensure our customers receive the best possible outcome.
