Penny Jones is the Responsible AI Lead at Zurich Insurance UK. She is a proactive enabler of the responsible use of AI and Analytics, consulting and advising on solutions that prioritize customer outcomes. With 25 years of experience at Zurich in various customer-facing and analytical roles, Penny uniquely understands how AI can best serve both the customer and the business. She has been a key driver and contributor to Zurich's Global AI Assurance Framework, which ensures adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements. Penny has also trained hundreds of colleagues globally to raise awareness of responsible AI.
