Stefanie Khan has been a proven leader in all-things-data for 16+ years, driving transformation cross-functionally, across a variety of industries. Her experience includes forging incremental value and innovation, via analytical solutions, through business intelligence, data science, analytics, and automation. She is currently the Director of Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics at UPS, where she is focused on modernizing the Fortune 50’s data and analytics strategy. Most recently named as a Global Power Woman of 2023 by CDO Magazine, Stefanie has held leadership roles at Red Hat, Xerox, Lord/Parker Hannifin and Office Depot, with many years of managing large global teams. During the last 10 years, she has driven change by creating strategic visions and long-term roadmaps to drive adoption in data-driven decision-making. Her extensive background in challenging the status quo through innovation has directly impacted how large organizations use data as an asset. Mrs. Khan holds a Master’s in Business Administration from DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Information Systems. She also serves as a Board of Director for DeVry Scholarship Fund. Stefanie is certified in Tableau, Power BI, SQL Server, among other data platforms - her vast array of both technical, business and leadership skills has proven to be a valuable asset during organizational journey’s towards analytics modernization. Stefanie Khan is very passionate about forging a path for women in technology. Her career has been a strong example of the possibilities for women and ability to break barriers in a male-dominated field, IT. She gives back to the community through sharing her story, and also through teaching as a Visiting Professor of Business Analytics at DeVry University.

In the field of artificial intelligence, only 22% of professionals are women. Just 18% of authors at leading AI conferences are women.
