Global Head of Privacy, AI & Data Protection Regulations Digicel Group

Kellye-Raé Campbell esq. is a corporate attorney, admitted to the Bar in both New York and Jamaica, with over a decade of experience across intellectual property, technology, privacy, legal and risk management domains. She currently serves as the Global Head of Privacy, AI & Data Protection Regulations at the Digicel Group, where she leads a comprehensive privacy program across multiple jurisdictions. Her role involves ensuring compliance with global data protection regulations, including GDPR and Caribbean privacy laws, and overseeing legal strategies for AI governance, digital transformation and data privacy. She also spearheaded Digicel’s legal & regulatory compliance in pursuit of ISO/IEC 27701:2019 Privacy Information Management certification. In addition, she serves as a Board Director of BookFusion Limited, where she oversees legal and corporate strategies to support the company’s growth as the Caribbean’s premier content & knowledge management platform. Kellye-Raé has built a diverse legal career across telecommunications, technology, and FMCG sectors. In previous roles, she has provided legal, regulatory and risk management guidance, managed global intellectual property portfolios, developed blockchain patent applications, overseen intellectual asset management strategies, and supported complex commercial and digital transactions. Kellye-Raé holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University School of Law, and has been recognised by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), holding CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM and CC (ISC²) designations. Currently pursuing a Master of Science at Columbia University in New York, she continues to enhance her expertise in data analytics & AI, information asset management and knowledge-driven legal strategies. Her work reflects a strong commitment to building ethical governance frameworks that enable innovation while ensuring privacy, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across complex emerging technologies and evolving legal landscapes.
