Group AI Governance Program Director Generali

Alessandro is Group AI Governance Program Director for Generali since 2022, in charge of defining and implementing the responsible usage of Artificial Intelligence in the Group. Previously he covered several roles as Head of Data Science in Generali Head Office as well in other financial and non-financial institutions such as American Express, SAS and RCS MediaGroup, where he also served as Deputy Privacy Officer. He’s currently member of the Insurtech Project Group within Insurance Europe and expert member of the Taskforce on AI. He’s board member of advisor in several academic and research institutions such as Stanford University, University of Trieste, IDC and for the World Conference on Data Science and Statistics.
