Underwriter of AI Risks Munich Re

Alexandra is an Underwriter of AI risks at Munich Re, specializing in liabilities arising from AI deployment across business use cases. She partners with AI providers and users to de-risk their customers’ operations and protect against downside potential of AI and GenAI, from technical due diligence on AI capabilities to go-to-market strategies to improve adoption of their offering. She spearheads the development of insurance for liabilities arising from discrimination/bias in AI; and moderates the podcast, AI – Safe and Sound, exploring AI in business. Alexandra holds a Master’s of Law (JD) from the University of Western Australia and an Intellectual Property Law (Copyright focus) Fellowship from Harvard University.
