Kaushik has experience in diverse functions like AI Research, Product development, Data Strategy and Architecture, Practice & P&L Management. Currently, as a Senior Research Leader, Kaushik heads the AI/ ML Research in Ericsson Research Lab - India, with the goal of incubating cutting-edge AI Research in the areas of Cognitive networks, IoT, and Connected Intelligent Machines. His personal research interest is in the field of Reinforcement Learning and Autonomous Agents where he holds 20 international patents. Previously as Head of Machine Learning and Big Data practice in the Digital Products division of Ericsson, he had successfully set up the practice from scratch and grew the same to a 200-member team.
